MEMBERSHIP SERVICE

We are aware that not all of our clients will need our services as often as others. If you fall into this category, our membership program is for you. We strive to provide our members with more than just home care, we go above and beyond what traditional home care practice offers. This service is where a client pays a yearly fee which provides the client(member) with care upon 24-hour notice. As a member, you are not obligated to use our services, but it just gives you peace of mind knowing that the service is available to you whenever the need arises.

 

COMPANIONSHIP SERVICES

Most clients hope to live in their own homes for as long as possible. Wisdom Unlimited provides a home-care and companionship service that supports people to take control of their futures while continuing to live independently. This service includes Planned visits and outings, shopping trips, Escort to GP appointments, and General companionship including talking.

 

RESIDENTIAL/HOME CARE

Wisdom Unlimited Inc. employs an experienced team of professional caregivers to help clients stay in the comfort of their homes and maintain their independence. This service supports clients who require assistance with personal care, but we also support people who simply want some extra help with getting up and to bed, bathing and dressing, grooming, prompting medication, continence care, and assistance with eating.

 

PALLIATIVE AND SUPPORTED CARE

Supported care is not reserved exclusively for those who are terminal. It is meant for anyone suffering from an illness. Supportive care encompasses active interventions that may be potentially life-prolonging (while simultaneously enhancing comfort, dignity, and quality of life). This entails everything from pain management to spiritual support for clients and families. Palliative care is the option of continuing treatment despite the diagnosis of terminal illness and can be administered at any age and for any illness when a patient needs supportive care.
